Megasoid is Sixtoo and Hadji from Wolf Parade. Sixtoo used to be an instrumental hip hop producer, long ago he was in a group with Buck 65, and he's generally been around for a long time crafting his dark shadow Canadian hip hop beats.

Megasoid is a remix-soundsystem and live-PA type thing based in Montreal, Canada. We have thrown some serious parties in clubs, lofts, galleries, kitchens, rooftops, parks and from our van. Our usual MO is to put top shelf street-bass / rap / reggae / electro shit on smash mode @ The Coda Social Club every fourth saturday of the month, but we also have a monthly party in Toronto @ the Drake Hotel where drunk punks smash glasses near condo owners. We are currently getting the logistics of Europe, NY, SF and LA sorted as well.
We mostly make glitchy hiphop bangers and destroy songs that you might recognize, but also keep it tripping balls on the regular…
We have some LEGIT remixes (peep the unmixed Thunderheist one on the Tank Thong Mix!) dropping through spring and summer, and are down to remix your joints (provided your songs don’t suck) in exchange for brown gucci print, red lambrettas, blue mustangs with white shelby stripes, gold bars or green cash.
We have our own PA that will make your neighbors real mad and can DJ as well as we rock production. We ain’t rookies. We have been doing this for more than a minute. We will come rock your house or loft or whatever, get at us if you wanna do it big.
