Nick Zanca also known as Mister Lies released his Mowgli record via Lefse in February and since then has been mostly quiet, going on tour and promoting his subtle tunes. We finally have a new contribution from the 20-year-old, whose age I wouldn't be so ready to announce if I didn't find this contribution so blisteringly adult. The track is sexy and palpably emotive, with icy undertones and a female vocal that pleads, bends, and contours around the song like a rollerink spin.
