D-Block is back with this solid New York mixtape filled with grimey rhymes and contemporary beats. Sheek Louch and Styles P provide a strong foundation with their tracks, but it's Jadakiss who once again stands out, sounding very comfortable over both East Coast and Southern instrumentals. We also get a few previews of the new D-Block team with especially great performances from Bully and Bucky. A good appetizer for the full studio D-Block album rumored to be due later this summer.
