New Jersey crooner lights it up with funky, summery self-love anthem
The relatable & body positive summer anthem has arrived, as we all attempt to re-enter the outdoors and maybe even the dance floor, courtesy of queer pop artist, Remember Jones, the playful and energetic moniker of Anthony D’Amato.
With his captivating tune, “fat jeans,” the New Jersey native encourages you to just let loose and embrace all the ways a year of quarantine might have impacted your mind and body. The bright, poppy yet soul-infused track, featuring the Turkuaz horns, will make you move off your couch and put your phone down, even if only for the time being.

Weight has been a lifelong struggle for D’Amato. With “fat jeans,” he hopes to shed a positive light on loving the skin you’re in. “After losing over 200 lbs ten years ago and always staying on top of it, the struggle is so real. Having to stay at home through most of 2020 affected my body and mind more than I could have ever imagined!” D’Amato continues, “Now that things are opening up again, I am embracing all of the weight I put on last year and hoping to send a body positive message to all of my fellow people who go through it! You look good no matter how you rock it!”
