Any self-respecting glitchy post-electro band needs to do a song with twittery bird sounds and mangled arpeggios fighting against the beat like a good little Creature Comfort, and here's Horse Heads. This Tustin, California band's a little tougher to qualify, though, since their older material deals in everything from junky chants over post-rock guitar ambience to straight-ahead guitar jangle tunes.
