New Future Wanderer’s newest release on Hooker Vision, “Plaza for Media Conference 92”, is a grinding, lo-fi fiasco of broken synths and splattered, garbage can beats. The first few listens I think I spent more time trying to unscramble the individual songs than I did actually listening to the cacophony that was coming out of my speakers. But then again, I guess that’s why it’s so frantically addicting.
