Alex G announces new album Beach Music, shares first single “Bug”

Alex Giannascoli is gearing up for his seventh album, Beach Music. Due October 9, Beach Music is Alex G’s first release for Domino.

The record’s announcement coincides with the unveiling of its first single, “Bug”, which is now streaming. Dreamy and tender, “Bug” fits squarely in Alex G’s well-established canon. Production is ramped up a tad, polishing and elevating the bedroom aesthetic.

Alex G will be touring this fall in support of the new record. After a string of European dates, he will play shows around North America with the likes of Title Fight, Spencer Radcliffe, Girlpool, and Eskimeaux. Dates are below:
