Earlier this month, J Rocc gave a sneak preview of the upcoming 41-track J Dilla retrospective, Dillatronic, playing a few cuts on his KPFK radio show, “Adventures In Stereo”. Now we can stream the triple LP in full.
Available this Friday, October 30 via a collaborative release by J Dilla’s mother and Vintage Vibez Music Group, Dillatronic comes just a few months prior to the 10-year-anniversary of the musician’s death. The collection of songs is available on a Moog Voyager-shaped USB, glow-in-the-dark vinyl, CD, and in a variety of deluxe edition packages.
“I can smile in my heart, knowing my son’s work is being shared with the people as we planned before he passed,” Dilla’s mom Ma Dukes said in a statement. You can stream Dillatronic below.
