The formative Twin Cities folk outfit the Jayhawks re-released their “Bunkhouse Album,” the original self-titled debut the group put out on Bunkhouse Records and included their cult classic “Falling Star.”
The group is somewhat responsible for the carnage that Wilco has left in its wake, and more directly, as a contemporary with everyone's favorite Uncle Tupelo. Since only 2,000 copies of the original vinyl were pressed of the Bunkhouse Album, Jayhawk afficionados are freaking out right now. General population, you can get the album digitally here.
