Magik Markers, a noise-art-punk band from Connectictut who had fallen off the radar since their 209 release, Balf Quarry, announced today that they will be putting out a new recording this November. Surrender To The Fantasy, which releases on Drag City on November 19, is a predictably weird nine tracks of art-scuzz and bombast, and after only hearing a small sample, it'll be a great return for the band. And we know at the very least that one editor at Impose is thrilled to hear about it.
