Fresh off the heels of Captured Tracks' five-year anniversary, another Brooklyn-based record label will be ringing in their wood holiday by staging a two-day festival in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The label that is known for their releases of everyone from Ariel Pink to No Joy to Kurt Vile, will hold the festival in the Pioneer Works Center for Art and Innovation in the sequestered area of Brooklyn, all over the weekend of October 11 and 12. The lineup and details are listed below this trippy trailer for the celebration, and a preorder for tickets can be found here. Worried about how to get to Red Hook from where you are? Mexican Summer has enlisted Rockabus to get festival attendees to and from easier-accessible areas.
