“Your Hand in Mine” is the first single off of The World is Too Much With Us, the sophomore full-length of Vancouver post-punk outfit Peace. Singer Dan Gedde's poetic, almost spoken word vocals go perfectly with the quick, strumming guitar riff that makes up this track. The group's punk influence can easily be recognized, while the instrumentation bears the “post” (do I detect some island influences?). The result is something soft, yet equally dark.
