Xray Eyeballs, the upbeat garage-pop outfit conceived by O.J. San Felipe and Carly Rabalais of Golden Triangle, are following their earlier-this-year debut LP, Not Nothing, with a new 7-inch out on Hardly Art, due out August 30. They've been so kind as to provide a stream of the A-side, the eponymous “Sundae”, which trots along cheerfully, led by San Felipe's insistent vocals (“that tear in your eye is not a tear after all”) and a thrumming bass line through a horizon of fuzz.
