Wondercon, the ornery little brother of San Diego’s massive Comic Con
came to San Francisco’s Moscone Center over the weekend bringing all the
squares and vestal virgins out from their parents basements. Beyond the
big name comic book exhibitions, pop up shops, useless merch as far as
the eye could see, were the cameos. We had the Seinfeld Soup Nazi’s Larry
Thomas, Elvira, Richard Kiel, cartoonists, artists and armies of
over-sized slave Princess Leias.
