On December 31, 2012, there were two shows held at Brooklyn, NY's 285 Kent Ave. The earlier edition featured performances by Merchandise, Blanche Blanche Blanche, TONSTARTSSBANDHT and a set by secret headliners, DIIV. Afterwards, Lit City Rave took over the venue with performances by Sasha Go Hard, DJ Rashad and others.
