On Saturday, April 21, Newtown Radio celebrated their web site relaunch with a show at Shea Stadium featuring Dirty Beaches, Widowspeak, Black Marble and Family Portrait. Oh, there was free booze too, and apparently things got a little….hot and heavy?
In fact, Dirty Beaches tweeted this, the next day: “I was just told last night during our set someone got a hand job on the couch at Shea stadium. Good job to both the giver and receiver!” We didn't get any pictures of that, but maybe that's for the best.
