There was something profoundly juicy about this kind of singing. Even though it's melancholic, Leila Moss's voice has a very specific thickness, like a jam that's been boiled down into a thick sauce. The beats, too, echo this thickness, with a thrumming bass and drums washed in snare. The video is a black and white ode to doin' it with the blinds half-open, only to have someone looking in who wasn't supposed to see. Jealous lovers, indeed. </p>
