Minneapolis—always the hotbed of local musical talent heard 'round the world—is home to France Camp, the surf-punk reincarnation of the beloved band Nice Purse, through its lead singer. We recently debuted "Ghost Town," off the band's self-titled album (available here), released earlier in the fall via Forged Artifacts. It was posted in conjunction with an interview where we learned that in order to insure a pure band connection, they "practice fully naked." Not entirely surprising when you watch their new video for another track off the album called "The Bads," in which the members are rocking around an old-timey basement like hooligans, not without a fog machine, equal parts silly and nostalgic.
