Shriek Brings Humor and Art to Real World Drama

If you haven’t heard of real-life miscreant Martin Shkreli, it’s probably important to get a little run down. Known as an entrepreneur and pharmaceutical executive, he was arrested by the FBI in 2015 for securities fraud. (Read up on it, it’s a pretty detailed, interesting story.) Right now he’s not locked up, and his case is pending trial.

The media knows him as “the most hated man in America.”

Twin Visuals has taken the initiative to make a short film about Martin Shkreli. A parody, the idea for it was sparked while watching the TMZ video of Shkreli threatening Ghostface Killah. Ghostface Killah had called him a “shithead,” and rightfully so. It wasn’t an isolated incident, either. Shkreli made numerous threats against the rapper. Director/Editor Nic Collins saw the potential in creating a short film, and he ran with it.

Thank you, Nic Collins. You just made our day.
