The CBGB Festival is celebrating the legacy of the legendary NYC music incubator, which opened in 1973 and closed in 2006, hosting thousands of bands during its tenure, many of them legendary. The festival has invited a ton of bands to play all over NYC, including in Times Square, and is also having a liquor tasting festival, music panels, film screenings, and more.
