Daphne, “All In All”

Post Author:

Jordan Martin, also known on stage as Daphne, is a woman with many talents. This Brooklyn local is a multidisciplinary musician, poet, and artist. She attended Cooper Union School of Art and her work has been performed and showcased at Columbus Museum of Art, Wexner Center for the Arts, La MaMa Theatre, Dixon Place, BAX, The Invisible Dog, and much more. Daphne has just released a single off of her upcoming EP, Last Believer, and it’s called “All In All”.

This track instantly reminded me of “Give Me All Your Luvin” by Madonna, the part where she sings “L – U – V, Madonna, Y – O – U, you wanna?” Daphne’s voice has that same quality as that part of the Madonna song. The instrumentals feel erratic and unsteady at times, keeping you on your toes while you listen. This track is fun with a spontaneous feel, and this eccentric tune will make it impossible to be anything but happy when listening to it.

Last Believer is available for preorder now.
