Guy Harvey 7″

Post Author:
Guy Harvey

Jangly and lo in fidelity, Guy Harvey's “Dog Park” (streaming in our player below) is an ode to the girl at the dog park, at least we hope since he never goes into much description of her. He plays the roll of pilar in the parking lot and by the mid-song switch-a-roo Harvey seems a bit boozy, but all the more in love. “Dog Park” is the B-side to Guy Harvey's The Rope 7″. Sun soaked and using booze as both lubricant and tanning oil, “Dog Park” is full of woe for being hopelessly in love from a distance. Still having a bit of doubt on whether it's a girl or a West Minster pure bred, that's got him terribly enamored.

Guy Harvey is getting a little help from Jesse Bryan of The Jameses' label, Mayo Factory. The 7″ is available March 6 at $6 a pop.
