Jern Eye: from so and so to internationally known

For “Blowin Up,” the Bay Area's Jern Eye borrowed a classic Biggie line to describe his up and up career path, “blowing up like you thought I would.” The real question is whether we call the same number at the same crib in the same hood? Only then, is it truly all good.
