Shark?, “AOK”

Whether you're actually feeling fine or gritting your teeth and smiling through the pain, the soft-paced sweetness of Shark?'s “AOK” will help you get through whatever it is you're going through. The crowdfunded album from the punctuation-laden band, Savior, is releasing through Old Flame Records on October 1, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't take a preemptive listen to the single cutback of this awesome new track. Though the original features 5 solid minutes of guitar feedback and noise, this one feels light and poppy and full of youthful charm. An existential qualm gets raised, one that we all spend ages trying to ignore, and “I don't want to die” feels reminiscent of an old Maritime deep cut. Shark? are working their indiepop magic to give us hope without answers.

You can look for Savior at Old Flame Records in the fall. Stream “AOK” below, and beware of impending emotional crises.
