UK grime/jazz/funk producer Swindle has released his latest album for stream on Mixmag and though it's still early in the morning here, I'm naming this my favorite thing of today. It's got elements that are as funky and disco-inspired as anything Giorgio Moroder could touch, while also falling back on the typical sounds of the UK underground dance and grime scene. It's as caffeinated as a Five Hour Energy laced with Red Bull, and the stream will put you in a weird noxious trance. It hits hard and is unusual and exciting, and will surely give you the energy you need to get the weekend right.
