This is how we wish it looked when Zs played our outdoor Party with Tables last summer.
That's because unlike our show, the new video for “Acres of Skin” is drenched in sunshine. Combined with the beautiful close-up footage of the band performing in a backyard during this year's SXSW shot by Sean Stout, and we're given an engaging sparse clip; very appropriate for the music embodied within it.
“Acres of Skin” is the second track off the band's newest offering New Slaves, which comes out May 11 on Social Registry. Along with the video, they have also just announced an amazing line-up for the record release show. That same Tuesday, Zs be accompanied by Exceptor, Mick Barr and Silk Flowers at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn to celebrate the new LP.
