Baltimore's Fan Death Records and WMUC Radio 88.1 FM College Park just announced its third annual DNA Test Fest, to be held April 3 at Sonar, and it sports some of east coast's finest purveyors of tinnitus-inducing noise, hardcore, mayhem, and unbridled debauchery.
