The Renderers – the New Zealand-based husband/wife duo of Brian and Maryrose Crook – have quite the artistic resume under their belts. Having been making music together since 1988 (with several members of other bands, of course), their first release of note was 1990’s Trail of Tears. Brian was a member of the successful band The Terminals in the 90’s, and Maryrose is an artist of a different kind. (See: painter) With early 2016’s release of In The Sodium Light, they now have eight full-length albums to their name. And, with that, they are going on tour this fall. Huzzah!
