“Weird Al” Yankovic announces Alpocalypse

Post Author:

The extremely prolific, Grammy nominated artist “Weird Al” Yankovic has been musically inactive ever since releasing his 12th studio album “Straight Outta Lynwood” in 2006 quite possibly because he was working on his recently published New York Times best-selling children's book When I Grow Up. This is about to change, however, as the reigning king of comedy rock is set to release his 13th album, Alpocalpyse, on June 21st on Jive Records.

This CD is available in both standard and deluxe formats and will include the highly discussed Lady Gaga parody “Perform this Way,” the music video for which is currently being shot in LA with Al directing. Click here to give it a listen.
