Charles Howl, “Do No Harm”

With an upcoming self-titled EP to release through Punk Slime Recordings in November, Charles Howl is off to a roaring start. Previously recording under the moniker Jerry Tropicano, equipped with a new title and a new outlook, Charles Howl takes a garage outlook with an angel complex, similar in some ways to a grungier Kurt Vile. His sound is dressed in chorusy sounds and full up on high-hit beats, and with his already released 7" out earlier this year on Lo Recordings, the EP is sure to be a monsterly fun expression of jangly rock and roll.
